Text Box: Extract from the book:- A little later I detected a loud buzzing noise in my ears, opened my eyes and looked straight down the barrel of a vacuum cleaner. At the other end was a cleaning lady and she was hoovering around me. She was hoovering around me! It said everything about what had happened to me in doctors' surgeries. All my life they’d been hoovering around me! The cogs tried to shift but I’d failed to double-declutch, internal universes collided and the rats ran for cover. Enough was enough; hoovering around me was the very last straw. A little arrow appeared on an internal horizon and pointed the way. I took a very deep breath, opened my gob and SCREAMED……
