Truth - If you knit a jumper and its wrong, the only way to put it right is to unpick and re-knit it; anything else is bodging.

 They say if you have M.E. for more than 10 years you don’t get better.  That’s not true.

 20 years of this illness, including 5 years in a wheelchair teaches you something and after a long battle I eventually sourced the cause and found a path to recovery. 

 

That road was a journey which inspired me to write of the experiences and some are published here on my website.
